Hearing about the movement of “50 blessings”, which is founded by a colonel in order to turn his operations, Jake lights up with joy, fulfills the first order and goes to make a tattoo on the occasion of a “special day”. Then, unable to restrain happiness, from the intention to help tries to get to the authorities and chatting about calls on every corner. The biker, the second hero of the first part, kills Russians for the sake of fun, but at one fine moment he wants to figure out what is happening and goes to the telephone company “Pierce the Room”. This puts the secrecy of the operation at risk and the jacket is sent to kill the biker. Both somehow survive after the fight.
The jacket during one task selects a prostitute-narcomancer directly on the battlefield and brings it home. She lives with a jacket, gradually gets closer to him and becomes his girlfriend, whom he trusts. This does not like the organization, as it puts the secrecy of the plan at risk, and it urgently sends one of its agents, Richter, a person in a rat mask to eliminate the jacket and his girlfriend. By blackmailing, a rat, worried about the health and safety of his mother, forces to kill the girl jacket and his own. The jacket receives a second head injury, cops come and find two bodies. The hero is sent to the hospital, the girl dies. Having woken up, the jacket runs away, finds the detained Richter in the police station, interrupting all the cops, finds out the address of the last order, leaves Richter alive (possibly because he understands that he liftedly obeyed orders), leaves the place and kills the Boss of the Russian mafia. Presumably, he does all this in order to finish the mission, for he considers himself a real patriot. If you go through the second part in high difficulty, the jacket writes a letter to his mother, in which he quotes the poem “For the Dear Old Flag I Die”. It is also possible that the jacket takes revenge for a beard who died in a nuclear explosion. When his revenge is executed, he throws their joint photo.
Richter, who remained in prison after a jacket visit, is announced a year later by cleaners – agents of “50 blessings”, who engaged in the call of people and the destruction of evidence in Miami. At this moment, the son, having taken drugs, in turn shreds the fans, leaving only the tiger (perhaps just injuring him) and breaks down from the roof. Detective finishes the tiger because he envies the glory of fans. After that, the detective dreams that he left a service revolver at the crime scene, that his colleagues-cops are revealed and kill him. Waking up in a sweat, the policeman understands that everything is in order. In horror, he barricades at home, but no one comes to him like that. At this moment, the Russian President comes to the states to discuss the consequences of the Russian genocide to the States. At this moment, the generals of the general, who founded the organization, kill him and his own president during the meeting. Russians, recognizing this as an act of aggression, meet nuclear blows to Miami and Hawaii, where Richter found peace with his mother. All the remaining heroes, including the jacket, die.
At the beginning of a new game on high difficulty, all the heroes are sitting at the table. Richard sits at the head of the table, who was all heroes at one time or another of the game. He asks why they came here if they know what will happen next and all efforts are meaningless – all the same, everyone will die in the fire of a nuclear explosion. Richard tells everyone that “they are not here, this is all a dream and you will soon wake up”. He explains that in the best they will all be in the cemetery.
